# CRM pricing at launch

Sashimi's CRM pricing is free during the private beta. At launch it is per account, with workspaces and seats included: Solo is $15 a month (3 workspaces, 1 seat), Team $49 (10 workspaces, 5 seats) and Studio $129 (30 workspaces, 15 seats). Your AI runs on your own Claude or ChatGPT plan.

## Plans at launch

- **Solo**, at launch: $15 a month, or $144 billed yearly ($12 a month). 3 workspaces and 1 seat included. One person, a few businesses.
- **Team**, at launch: $49 a month, or $468 billed yearly ($39 a month). 10 workspaces and 5 seats included. A small team selling for several businesses.
- **Studio**, at launch: $129 a month, or $1,236 billed yearly ($103 a month). 30 workspaces and 15 seats included. Agencies and consultants working for clients.

## What else do I pay for?

Beyond the plan, you pay only for what you already use. Sashimi does not sell AI credits or data credits, so those are paid to the providers directly, under their own pricing.

- **Your AI plan.** You pay Anthropic or OpenAI for Claude or ChatGPT, under their pricing. There are no AI credits to buy from Sashimi. The AI runs listed on each plan are for Sashimi's own built-in AI features, such as agents, which are switched off during the beta. Chatting with Claude or ChatGPT doesn't use them.
- **Apollo data credits, if you use them.** Prospect import and enrichment run on your own Apollo key. Your AI can ask for an estimate first; it is an estimate, not a bill.
- **Your mailbox.** Sequence emails go out from your own Gmail. Gmail sending is beta.

### Which AI plans can connect?

- A Claude plan with custom connectors. As of October 2026 that is Free (one custom connector), Pro, Max, Team and Enterprise. On Team and Enterprise, an owner adds the connector.
- Or ChatGPT developer mode on the web: Plus, Pro, Business, Enterprise and Education. OpenAI's docs differ on write actions for some plans, so check yours.
- Cursor, VS Code and Claude Code work too.

### Is Sashimi free during the beta?

Yes. The private beta is free and by invitation. We'll give 60 days' notice before charging anything. Nothing can be bought today; the prices on this page apply at launch.

### Is there a free plan?

There will be no permanent free plan at launch. Instead there will be a 14-day free trial with no card. It will run the Team plan capped at 2 workspaces, 2 seats, 500 records, 50 sequence emails and 10 AI runs. When it ends, the workspace will stay read-only for 30 days so you can export it, then it will be deleted.

### Do I have to buy AI credits?

No. Your AI runs on your own Claude or ChatGPT plan, which you pay to Anthropic or OpenAI, so there are no AI credits to buy from Sashimi. The only credits involved are Apollo data credits, on your own Apollo key, if you use prospect import or enrichment. The AI runs included in each plan are for Sashimi's own built-in AI features, such as agents, which are switched off during the beta. Chatting with Claude or ChatGPT doesn't use them.

### How do workspaces and seats work?

Each plan includes workspaces and seats. Solo has 3 workspaces and 1 seat, and can't add more seats. Team has 10 workspaces and 5 seats; Studio has 30 workspaces and 15 seats. Extra seats are $8 each on Team and Studio. Extra workspaces are $5 each, or $4 on Studio. All prices at launch.

### What do founding members get?

Beta members who become one of the first 100 paying accounts get 40% off the annual price for as long as they stay subscribed. The annual price is already 20% less than paying monthly.
