Terms of service

Sashimi is a CRM you run from your AI client, offered as an invitation-only private beta. It is free during the beta, with 60 days' notice before any charge. You own your data, you send email only to people you may lawfully contact, and you review what your AI sends.

By Alfonso Trocolí, founder · Updated

These terms form an agreement between you and ATM DEV SL (Calle Cargol 4, nave D, Spain; tax ID B27674522), which operates Sashimi. By creating an account or using a workspace, you accept them.

What is Sashimi, and what does the private beta mean?

Sashimi is a sales CRM for leads, companies, deals, tasks and sequences, operated mainly from your AI client: Claude, ChatGPT or another MCP client (MCP is the open standard these apps use to connect to tools). During the private beta, access is by invitation, features change often, and the service may have interruptions.

Does Sashimi cost anything during the beta?

No. Sashimi is free during the private beta. We will give 60 days' notice before charging, and prices and payment terms will be set out in that notice.

Third-party services you connect, such as your own AI provider or Apollo, bill you directly under their own terms.

How do accounts, workspaces and roles work?

You sign up with a verified email address. Data lives in workspaces, and each member has a role: owner, admin or member. Admins manage settings, members and integrations. Members work with the CRM records.

  • Keep your password and your connector links secret. A personal connector link works like a password: anyone who has it can act as you in that workspace.
  • You are responsible for what happens under your account, including what your AI client or agents do with your connections.
  • Admins decide who joins their workspace and can revoke any member's AI connections.

What may I use Sashimi for?

Lawful sales and relationship work. Sashimi sends automatic emails from your own connected mailbox, so you are the sender. You are responsible for having a legal reason to contact each person (in GDPR terms, a lawful basis), and for following anti-spam and marketing laws where you and they are.

You may not use Sashimi to:

  • send spam or contact people who have asked you to stop;
  • store or process data you have no right to hold;
  • break the law or the rights of others;
  • try to reach another workspace's data, overload the service or get around its limits;
  • resell or give access to the service without our written permission.

Sequences stop for review when a template variable has no value and no default.

Sashimi keeps a suppression list for each workspace, and automatic sequence emails skip the addresses on it. Neither feature makes your outreach lawful on its own.

Who owns the data in my workspace?

You do. Your workspace owns the CRM data it puts in, and Sashimi processes it only to provide the service. You can export it at any time. The privacy policy explains what we keep and for how long.

You give us permission to host, copy and process that data only as needed to run Sashimi for you.

Who is responsible for what my AI does?

You are. Your AI client and Sashimi's agents act on your instructions. They can be wrong. Review what they propose before you approve it, and review email content before a sequence sends it.

  • Your AI client sees only what the Sashimi tools it calls return, within your role. It handles that data under its provider's terms, not ours.
  • Every call from an AI client and every agent action is recorded in your workspace's activity log, so you can check what happened.
  • AI output is not legal, financial or other professional advice.

What about the third-party services I connect?

They work under their own terms. Gmail, your AI provider, Apollo and any webhook address you set up are separate services. Using them through Sashimi does not change your agreement with them, and we are not responsible for how they work.

When can my access be suspended or ended?

You can stop using Sashimi at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms, put other users or the service at risk, or if the beta ends. Where we can, we will warn you first and let you export your data.

Unless the closure is caused by a serious breach or a risk to the service, we give 30 days' notice by email before closing an account. After an account or workspace is closed, you have 30 days to ask us for an export of its data; after that it is deleted.

What do you promise, and where does liability end?

Sashimi is provided "as is" during the beta, without guarantees that it will always be available or free of errors. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose. The CSV export is there for that.

To the extent the law allows, we give no warranty that Sashimi will meet your needs, that it will work without interruption, or that data from third parties (such as Apollo) is accurate. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that the law does not allow to be limited.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to Sashimi is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost business. This limit does not apply to damage caused by our intent or gross negligence.

Which law governs these terms?

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes go to the courts of the place where ATM DEV SL has its registered office, unless the law gives you, as a consumer, the right to go to the courts where you live.

How will I know if these terms change?

We update the date at the top of this page with every change. If you keep using Sashimi after a change takes effect, the new terms apply. Material changes are announced by email to account holders at least 30 days before they take effect.

Questions about these terms go to alfonso@mail.atm-dev.com. See also the privacy policy, the security page and the home page.
