HubSpot alternatives and other CRM alternatives

Sashimi is one CRM for every business you run, operated from the AI you already use: Claude, ChatGPT or another MCP client, with no app to learn. These pages compare it with eight tools, from HubSpot and Salesforce to Apollo, for anyone looking at HubSpot alternatives: what each does well, where Sashimi fits and what you give up.

How do I choose between CRM alternatives?

Decide where you work, how many businesses you run, how you pay for seats and who pays for the AI. Those four questions separate the options faster than a feature list. If you want a CRM built for the AI rather than added to an app, start with the first.

  • Where do you work? If your day happens in a CRM app, pick a CRM with a strong app. If it happens in Claude or ChatGPT, pick one built to be used from there. HubSpot, Attio and Pipedrive all connect to AI clients as of 2026-10-18, and several of the others offer MCP too, some still in beta or rolling out. Sashimi has no app to work in by default. You need a Claude plan with custom connectors or ChatGPT with developer mode; the Claude page and the ChatGPT page list which plans work.
  • How many businesses do you run? Sashimi gives each business its own isolated workspace under one login, with its own connector in your AI.
  • Seat or account? HubSpot, Attio, Pipedrive, Close and folk price per seat. Sashimi will price per account at launch, with workspaces and seats included. It is free during the private beta and nothing can be bought today.
  • Who pays for the AI? HubSpot meters its agents in HubSpot Credits and Attio uses credits. With Sashimi your own Claude or ChatGPT plan does the reasoning.

How should I read the comparison tables?

Each table is dated. The date is when we last checked the competitor's facts, not when the page was written. Where we have no checked fact on a point, the cell says so rather than guessing.

Every table also has at least one row the other tool wins, such as a free plan, a built-in dialer or a large contact database. A page that only lists Sashimi's strengths would not help you decide.

Which CRMs does Sashimi compare itself with?

Eight, each with a dated table and the trade-offs on both sides.

If you are new to the idea of a CRM inside your AI, the MCP server page shows what your AI can do with Sashimi, and one CRM for multiple businesses explains how workspaces stay apart.

Frequently asked questions

Which CRMs does Sashimi compare itself with?

HubSpot, Attio, Pipedrive, Salesforce, folk, Close, Zoho CRM and Apollo, each on its own page with a table dated 2026-10-18. Competitor facts were checked on that date, and each page links the vendor pages, announcements or press reports behind its main claims.

How do I choose between CRM alternatives?

Start with where you want to work: in a CRM app or from your AI. Then count the businesses you run, compare pricing per seat with pricing per account, and check how AI is paid for: credits from the CRM or your own AI plan.

Where do I start if I want to leave HubSpot?

Read the HubSpot page first. It lists what HubSpot does better, what you give up with Sashimi, and how to bring your records in from a spreadsheet or CSV by asking your AI.
